Barcelona World Race




I find this facinating, these 12 60 foot sailboats are in the middle of racing around the world. My favorite teams are Estrella Damm (becasue it is named after a spanish beer), Neutrogena (because it has the only American in the race) and GAES Centros Auditivos (because it is crewed by two women, the only women in the race)

OK, I feel like I'm late in joing the "Ayn Rand/Fountainhead/Atlas Shrugged party" but I have finally started reading her books. Not sure I agree with her philosphy of "objectivism" but her ultra conservative theories are certaintly broadening my horizons.

Conservatives left out parts of the Consitution

When conservatives took over Congress last month they made a big deal reading the Constitution out loud on the floor, as if only conservatives believed in the that document. Ooops, they left some parts out.
